Crack fiulling
-
Surface Preparation – Clean cracks by removing dust, loose particles, and weak plaster.
-
Crack Cutting – Open cracks in V-groove shape using a cutter for better bonding.
-
Cleaning – Wash and dry the groove properly to remove debris.
-
Filling – Fill cracks with polymer-modified mortar / epoxy / PU sealant as per requirement.
-
Finishing – Level the surface smooth, cure if cementitious, and check for proper sealing.
Comorcial shed
-
Surface Preparation – Clean shed roof/sheets thoroughly, remove rust, dust, algae, and loose coatings.
-
Crack & Joint Treatment – Seal bolt joints, overlaps, and cracks with PU sealant / butyl tape / flashing tape.
-
Primer Application – Apply compatible primer on metal/concrete surface for strong bonding.
-
Waterproof Coating – Apply 2–3 coats of elastomeric/acrylic/polyurethane waterproof coating or bituminous membrane.
-
Final Inspection – Check for uniform coverage, no leak points, and ensure proper curing before handover.

Terace coting
-
Surface Preparation – Clean terrace surface, remove dust, algae, loose plaster, and repair cracks with polymer-modified mortar.
-
Primer Application – Apply waterproof primer coat for proper adhesion.
-
Crack Treatment – Fill cracks/joints with PU sealant or polymer grout.
-
Coating Application – Apply 2–3 coats of elastomeric/acrylic/polyurethane waterproof coating as per manufacturer’s specification.
-
Final Inspection – Check for uniform coverage, ensure no pinholes, and allow proper curing before use.

PU injuction grouting
-
Surface Preparation – Identify leakage points, clean surface, and mark drilling spots along cracks/joints.
-
Drilling & Nozzle Fixing – Drill 8–12 mm holes at 300–500 mm spacing and fix injection packers.
-
Mixing of PU Grout – Prepare polyurethane grout as per manufacturer’s ratio (base + catalyst).
-
Injection – Inject grout under controlled pressure until refusal or material flows out from adjacent packers.
-
Finishing & Inspection – Remove packers, seal holes, and check treated area for leakage-proof performance

Bathroom Grouting
-
Surface Preparation – Clean tiles, remove old/damaged grout, dust, and loose material.
-
Crack / Joint Marking – Identify hollow tiles, cracks, and joints to be treated.
-
Grout Mixing – Prepare cementitious / epoxy / PU grout as per manufacturer’s instructions.
-
Application – Fill/inject grout into cracks, joints, and voids using pump/float.
-
Finishing & Curing – Wipe excess grout, smoothen joints, and cure (if cement-based
Plumbimg
-
Site Preparation & Marking – Study drawings, mark pipe routes for water supply, drainage, and sanitary lines.
-
Cutting & Chasing – Cut walls/floors carefully for pipe laying, ensuring minimum damage to structure.
-
Pipe Laying & Fixing – Install pipes (CPVC, UPVC, GI, etc.) with proper slope, clamps, and jointing materials.
-
Testing – Conduct pressure testing for water supply lines and leak testing for drainage lines.
-
Finishing – Seal chases, restore plaster/tiles, and hand over a neat, leak-free system.
